Security deposit
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount is specified in your rental contract and can be provided by your consultant on request prior to booking.
This deposit may, where appropriate, be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, on the basis of supporting documents duly provided by the owner. No sum will be withheld unless a thorough inspection of the premises has been carried out.

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract at the time of booking. This will be used to pay for any replacement or repair costs, on presentation of receipts supplied by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a precise examination.

You can cancel your contract at the following cost:
- Up to 60 days before your arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
- Between 59 days and the day of check-in: 100% of the total rental amount
