- One bedroom has a small terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.

FIRST FLOOR
- Third bedroom: master bedroom with king-size four-poster bed (180 cm), en-suite bathroom, wardrobes and private terraces with sea views.
- Fourth bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm) with separate outside entrance, en-suite shower room, dressing room, beautiful sea views, fireplace and private terraces with sea views.
LOWER LEVEL
- Bedroom five: twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed (with mattress topper) with en-suite shower room and doors to a small terrace under the pool.
- Bedroom Six: Twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed (with mattress topper) with en-suite shower room and doors to a small terrace under the pool, plus an additional sofa bed, ideal for an adult.
- Utility room and storeroom.
*Please note that the rooms on the lower ground floor are not of the same standard as the other rooms and do not offer sea views.
GARDEN SUITE
- A recently built annex with kitchenette, small private garden, jacuzzi and direct access to the main villa's pool or lounge via paved paths.

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract at the time of booking. This will be used to pay for any replacement or repair costs, on presentation of receipts supplied by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a precise examination.
Cancellation policy

- Up to 60 days before your arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
- Between 59 days and the day of check-in: 100% of the total rental amount
