Chalet Auguste enjoys a unique location in the heart of the mountains, as if straight out of a painting by Paul Cézanne. Situated right in the centre of the famous winter sports resort of Méribel, it is just 500 metres from the shops and ski slopes. The panoramic view of the pristine mountains and snow-capped peaks that can be admired from the chalet inspires a sense of tranquillity and contemplation.

Chalet Auguste has a private terrace where you can relax and let your mind wander whilst taking in the spectacle of nature, which, as Friedrich Hegel so aptly put it, is an end in itself. This 500 m² chalet, with its typical Alpine architecture, is spread over four levels, each with a clearly defined purpose. The leisure area, situated in the basement, offers a carefully considered blend of wood and old stone, combined with furnishings that harmonise perfectly with the refined décor. The nearby vaulted lounge, entirely dedicated to leisure and relaxation, adds a more intimate touch to a stay at the chalet, with its large arched ceilings. The living areas on the ground floor are magnificent: the chalet features a huge rustic lounge and a kitchen fitted with industrial-style appliances, offering an elegant contrast to the chalet’s more traditional overall style. Chalet Auguste has eight suites spread over three levels, each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. All the bedrooms share the same décor style, which is both contemporary and authentically traditional, thanks to the ubiquitous combination of wood and state-of-the-art facilities.

Security deposit

Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount is specified in your rental contract and can be provided by your consultant on request prior to booking.

This deposit may, where appropriate, be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, on the basis of supporting documents duly provided by the owner. No sum will be withheld unless a thorough inspection of the premises has been carried out.

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.

How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.

Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract at the time of booking. This will be used to pay for any replacement or repair costs, on presentation of receipts supplied by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a precise examination.
