1 - Is cleaning included in my stay?

Yes, absolutely. Before your arrival, each Séjour Privé house and villa is meticulously prepared by a team of qualified professionals. The spaces are carefully cleaned, the beds made with fresh linens, and towels are provided.

Your stay includes complimentary weekly housekeeping, and some of our villas feature daily maintenance at no additional cost.

Upon request, we can also arrange additional cleaning or deep cleaning, depending on your needs, for an additional charge.

2 - What is the cleaning protocol applied by Séjour Privé?

We follow strict and standardized cleaning protocols, inspired by international hospitality best practices.

Each house is maintained according to the same quality and hygiene requirements:

  • Our cleaning teams are trained to Séjour Privé standards and work according to precise specifications.
  • Spaces are ventilated during cleaning to ensure optimal air circulation.
  • All frequently touched surfaces (switches, handles, faucets, remote controls, cupboards, household appliances, etc.) are disinfected before each arrival.
  • Household linen and towels are washed at high temperatures by specialist providers.
  • Floors and carpets are thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay.
  • Single-use cloths are used to ensure impeccable hygiene.
  • All team members working on a property must wash their hands with soap or hydroalcoholic gel and follow current health guidelines.
  • Finally, our cleaning practices are regularly monitored to maintain a constant level of excellence.
