GROUND FLOOR Modern, open-plan living space, decorated in ochre tones, opening onto the pool terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the monastery of St Antonios. Large dining room comfortably seats up to 20 people. Guest WC Professional kitchen with hatch opening onto the pool terrace.
Bedroom 1: Spacious, light-filled master bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm), television, dressing area, en suite shower room and outdoor shower, opening onto the pool at the front with private terrace and sea views.
Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180 cm) with television and en-suite shower room, shared terrace and sea views.Bedrooms four and five are located very close to each other, and although they do not connect, they can be considered as a family suite, with a shared terrace.
LOWER LEVEL Television room / games room with board games, television and window overlooking skylight Guest WC Laundry room Two bedrooms (one is available on request for guests, the other is used by villa staff).
UPPER LEVEL (accessible only from the outside via the poolside staircase) Bedroom six : King size bed (180 cm) with TV, open shower room and access to a skylight with outdoor shower Separate living room with sofa bed (can accommodate a child on request) and desk Both rooms have direct access to the private terrace at the front with a small pool, seating area, sun loungers and coffee table, and offer views of the sea, the monastery of St Antonios, as well as the two small churches of St Nicholas (St Nicholas of the Rich and St Nicholas of the Poor).

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract at the time of booking. This will be used to pay for any replacement or repair costs, on presentation of receipts supplied by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a precise examination.
