Access to the property is via several flights of steps and is via the garage, due to snow conditions.
The chalet comprises two separate, self-contained flats, which can accommodate 6 and 9 people respectively. A small flat on the ground floor, intended for staff, can be made available on request.
Security deposit
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount is specified in your rental contract and can be provided by your consultant on request prior to booking.
This deposit may, where appropriate, be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, on the basis of supporting documents duly provided by the owner. No sum will be withheld unless a thorough inspection of the premises has been carried out.

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
