Security deposit
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount is specified in your rental contract and can be provided by your consultant on request prior to booking.
This deposit may, where appropriate, be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, on the basis of supporting documents duly provided by the owner. No sum will be withheld unless a thorough inspection of the premises has been carried out.
Villa preparation and services
Each villa is meticulously prepared before and after each stay.Our teams ensure professional cleaning, rigorous space control and impeccable restoration to guarantee our guests a level of comfort and excellence in keeping with luxury standards.
CLEANING
The villa has a separate laundry room with a maid service.
Cleaning service is provided by the owner for 3 hours a day, except Sundays.
Any additional cleaning is approximately €20/hour, payable by guests.
MAINTENANCE
The gardener responsible for watering the plants is included by the owner twice a week.
- Pool maintenance three times a week.
- The owner provides a complete water tank.
- The house is fully equipped with linen and towels.
- Sheets are changed twice a week.
- Pool towels are changed regularly.

How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or consult one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you validate the booking and its conditions.How will I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
