How does booking work?
Booking with Séjour Privé is easy. Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once you have chosen the property and confirmed availability with the owner, you confirm the booking and its conditions. You will be asked for a deposit to finalise your booking, and we will then contact you to organise all the services required to make your stay unique.How will I pay for my stay?
To confirm your booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit within 72 hours of signing your contract.
The balance must then be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your rental period.Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract at the time of booking. This will be used to pay for any replacement or repair costs, on presentation of receipts supplied by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a precise examination.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. That's why we have a clear and transparent cancellation policy.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the total rental amount will be retained.
From 29 days before arrival to the day of check-in: the full amount of the rental will be due.
We will of course be happy to answer any questions you may have, and will always do our utmost to provide you with the best possible support.
